2. Service Description
CarSettle provides a structured service that allows car owners to:
- Submit vehicle details
- Receive a professional inspection
- Obtain a market-backed price
- Decide whether or not to proceed with a sale
CarSettle does not guarantee that a sale will occur.
3. No Obligation to Sell
Submitting your car details or completing an inspection does not obligate you to sell your vehicle.
You may decline any offer without penalty.
4. Inspection
- Inspections are conducted to assess vehicle condition
- Inspection availability may vary
- Inspection is offered free for a limited time
- CarSettle may suspend or reschedule inspections when necessary
Inspection results are used to determine pricing accuracy.
5. Pricing & Offers
- Prices are based on inspection results and market demand
- All offers are time-sensitive
- Prices may change if new information about the vehicle is discovered
- CarSettle does not provide instant or estimated prices
6. Service Fee
- CarSettle applies a service fee only after a successful sale
- The service fee is deducted from the final amount paid to you
- The exact net amount is clearly disclosed before you accept the offer
- If no sale occurs, no fee is deducted
7. Seller Responsibilities
You confirm that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized representative of the vehicle
- All information provided is accurate
- Any outstanding fines, Salik balances, or bank loans will be cleared before ownership transfer
Failure to disclose material information may result in cancellation of the process.
8. Ownership Transfer & Payment
If you accept an offer:
- Ownership transfer will be coordinated according to UAE regulations
- Payment will be completed after required procedures are fulfilled
CarSettle is not responsible for delays caused by third-party authorities or banks.
9. Limitation of Liability
CarSettle is not liable for:
- Market price fluctuations
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the scope of services provided.
10. Termination
CarSettle reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate access to the service
- Decline to proceed with a request
This may occur if inaccurate information is provided or misuse is detected.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
